To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lat-Am E&BM LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our consulting models or the failure of any business venture started by the client. We provide the "Strategy"; the "Execution" remains the sole responsibility of the client.

6. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States (State of registration). Any disputes shall be settled exclusively in the courts of said jurisdiction.

7. PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT

We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual or entity that fails our internal compliance checks or demonstrates unethical business practices.
